I bought Symphony Jumbo just one month back and within 15-20 days of buying it, it's pump started troubling and finally stopped working at all...I registered my complaint online, through customer care numbers and with dealer as well, from whom I purchased it (Karan Electronics) but nobody seems to give a $%&# about it...product is not worth buying at all and moreover the worst of the worst is their customer care service..these guys are totally dumb..they make false promises..
I have called them 100 of times and in return get a simple reply "We will resolve it within a day" but its been more than 2 weeks and its been not resolved as yet...I waisted my hard earned money on this garbage..its totally outrageous..would request you all to not buy symphony product at all as they are just cheaters and nothing at all.
Their customer service sucks and there is no robust way of following up your complaint or to talk with higher authority who can actually nail their customer service rep
