I have been using Symphony Jumbo Cool for the last 1 year and here is my review on it.
Service and Support: Service and Support is not very good because last summer when I purchased this cooler I was having some problem with this cooler so I called the customer care but they were unable to fix my problem and after so many request and complaints their executive visited to m y place.
Cooling and Sound: The cooling of this cooler is very good as it chiils the room very fastly and is very good for a small room.
Reliability and Satisfaction: The company symphony has a very big brand name in the market so it is reliable but after suffering from it's services I am not satisfied with this company.
Value for Money: The price of this cooler is very high which is not affordable by lower class of people. In fact there are so many other competitors in the market who are providing the same feature but with less price.
So I will not recommend this cooler to anyone.
