I feel this review is:
Package was delivered in time but the cooler worked well for just 1 month. The pump stopped working within a month. The pump is too tiny to deal with hard water! There is no direct customer service - you have to log a call and be at the mercy of the Symphony service for response. The service team cleaned the pump and it started working again - warranty covers you for 1 year. The service team suggested that they advise all the symphony hi cool customers to replace the default pump with a larger pump to get rid of the hard water deposit clogging issue.
