It looks good. Easy to move it around. But it DOES NOT give cool air. No point in spending 8.8K for this sexy body.
She is just 5 days old and she is not making me happy.
I can't comment about service because I never reached that stage.
Value for money: all thumbs down
Reliability and Satisfaction: Build looks good . But not satisfied due to less cooling the air.
I feel that the design is a flaw.
