SYMPHONY DIET 50 COOLER is the worst cooler that I have purchased in my life, water pump quality of this cooler is worst, every 2-3 days water pump is not working, I contacted some of my friends who already buy this cooler earlier, they all are telling that they all are facing the same problem of water pump, at the time of buying symphony executive told me that cooling pad will change every year, but after 2 months of purchase date, I saw the they are using worst quality of cooling pad, they cant sustain with the coolers even 3 months. The main problem of this cooler is also water inlet, you have to stand and fill the water of 50 Litre, and it is most frustrating to stand and fill the water in the cooler, you cant plug the pipe because the is no sufficient place to fill the water in it, either you have to fill with the help of bucket and mug or else you have to stand and fill with water at least 20-25 minutes.
Air blower is also not good, very less space in front facing, for my point of view, either go for some other cooler or AC, this cooler is not worth of money, total waste of money, service centre is also not good, they are not giving proper service in time, every time, they make excuses that our engineer will visit soon, and afterwards it not happen.
