Hello friends I am going to share with you my personal experience of using this Symphony air cooler friends I have bought this air cooler 5 days ago friends in this season of Summer I bought this year so that I can take some cool air and rest in that cool air because the summer is really keeping me hot and to take some rest from the summer friends .
The experience of buying this product has not gone good for me this product is not a very good air cooler every 4 hours I have to fill the water tanker present in it also the water sometimes overflows for MIT and the water also who was paid from ITT also the cooling is not very good even after filling the air water tanker with 10 litres of water the year that is coming from the Play is not very cool and its not giving relief from the summer.
All machine parts always give a very disturbing voice came from the machine also when I tried to take the air cooler to ITT service support Centre the service support Centre was not customer friendly and they did not look into my grievances so I am very sad from the customer support that they provide so therefore friends I would not advise you not to buy this air cooler because it is really very expensive and also even after paying a very high price the air cooler is not providing a good service therefore do not invest in this air cooler
