We bought this air cooler last year as these symphony air coolers look damn cool so we bought this without putting any questions.
Service and support is the only thing that I can say is really nice from the company.
Sound is not that much but cooling does the same. Cooling is not as expected. It is uncomparable to any dessert cooler. Yup! They are really nice and this is just like not good.
Quality is the best in segment coolers but would we do with the quality if the thing is not helping us in the summer we dont have to fight with the cooler . It is durable as the quality is good.
We bought it for 13500 inr from a nearby shop.
