The cooler is fine in cooling but once if you get an issue then its very tough to get it rectified even though your product is in warranty period.
I had worst experience on repairing my faulty air cooler under warranty .
senario 1:
On filing the first time complaint the complaint automatically gets removed by symphony customer care on the mere excuse of address issue. In 2nd time complaint filing they arrived on the same address(the same excused address for which they cancelled the first request) but time time they took more than 2 weeks to reach my address, after calling the customer case more then 25 times, every time they said tomorrow we will send but their tomorrow came after 2 weeks . senario 2: 4 day back my cooler fan stopped blowing air so I again filed a complaint which again got cancelled this time I have no idea why it has got cancelled . so again I filled a new complaint yesterday(they are again playing the same game in fact) they said it will be done by today and today they said it will be done by tomorrow. don't know when this tomorrow will come for then but still I am hoping for the best result i.e. tomorrow it should get repaired . but as per the last experience I still think symphony's tomorrow is beyond our expectation.
One more thing I want to add I never had been able to contact service representative who are assigned the servicing every time when I call I get disconnected or no response .
Dear, symphony if you people are joking with your customers .Any way with all these I still expect better results
