I have brought symphony cooler in last summer. After using one month, pump failed. I called service person but he came after two days so service is also not good.
Cooler consume more water and not able to cool big room. Its need filtered water if water is not pure within some days pump will stop working. Required daily cleaning which is not possible in this fast life.
They have to solve this type of problem. After summer we stopped to use and againt in this summer we start but it fail to start again service person come and make it working. So product is not long lasting. You need to clean everyday, you have to use continues. Otherwise use one season and threw it.
