Hello, I guess you all doing good.
SYMPHONY this word making me go crazy. This is not SYMPHONY. It is a big " HIMSA". I bought this air cooler SYMPHONY Diet 12T during summer. As you know this years summer was really horrible. I bought it as an alternative to my Air condition(Power cuts are very usual thing in the area where I live). This is one big mistake I have everv done in my life. It cost me around Rs 6000/- which is a big waste of money, since the local air cooler are offering the models at very less price say for around Rs 2500/- or so.
For the first week it worked very well. on 8th day I observed something is not good. I found my water pump in the cooler is not working. I called customer support lodged a complaint. They said service man will contact me with in 24 hrs.
You wont believe, I have waited 15 days for the service man to come. I was like newly married wife waiting for husband to return from office. Oh my god its horrible. I got a message from the symphony where I had this service man phone number. I called him N number of times but useless. He always keep saying that he will come . but . never came.
Service is bakwas.
Finally I went to the showroom where I purchased the cooler but the man who told me all sweet things before selling me the product has later became a man of hot head. He says to lodge complaint to the company. He is help less. you know what, I watched you tube videos to know " how to fix your cooler" and it really helped me.
Cooling of the "HIMASA"ONY sorry SYMPHONY Cooler is good . very goood. only when u keep on using ice cubes in the water tray.
You may not hear any unusual or disturbing sound but You wont believe that I have to get up for every 20 to 30 min from the sleep at night to keep ice cubes in the cooler( I have twin babies I want them have a good sleep) so as to reduce my room temperatures.
You might now understood Its a huge waste of money. Its a no value for the money. This product SYMPHONY diet 12T is not reliable And am not at all satisfied with the damn product.
