I have purchased a symphony Air cooler Hi flo 40, it was purchased a month bag, there is water leakage in the cooler and the complaint is been registered since 5 days, but no one cared to response even there customer care number is not working and redirecting to whats app, when checked about the complaint status nothing is shown only date on which complaint was registered is shown. pathetic service, won`t recommend to buy symphony products.
