Merchant: Sony Electronics Madinaguda Hyderabad
Product: Symphony Winter Air Cooler
Problems:
(1) Product Serial Number on Box and on Unit are not matching
(2) Water pump not working
(3) Three wheels instead of 5 wheels
Neither Symphony nor Sony Electronics are taking any responsibility so far
Logged a complaint on Symphony website. It is 4 days now. Nobody turned up.
Sony Electronics, every time I call a new person understands the problem and assures me to replace the product next day and nothing happens.
I bought Cooler for summer. Spend 12000 Rs. Now a week has passed. Spending my summer fighting with these guys.
