SCDL advertised about ONLINE admission and payment. I registered but they never allowed me online payment. I assumed that if its ONLINE, I can pay the fees through CREDIT CARD.


At that time the fee was only 16 K but now they increased to 21K and asking me to pay by DD or CASH.


The executive says that its because of system glitch they withdrew the online payment facility. I feel betrayed as I am unable to pay the 21 K this month.
