The Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development is a name that inspires awe and respect in the field of management education. Vision


Developing human resources is vital to the advancement of any society. However, true progress comes from a tolerance for diversity and an appreciation of the unique potential of each individual.


Mission


SCDHP is an organization that is committed to maximizing the human potential at a social, institutional and individual level. The unique approach combines traditional methods with the process of ?Tranquility of Mind?, enabling each individual to reach an optimum intellectual platform.


Social Development: Vital social-development needs, such as basic education; child protection; HIV/AIDS awareness; employment opportunities for individuals with physical disabilities are tackled through this forum.


SCMHRD is involved either directly or by facilitating other NGOs to deliver these essential services.


Organization Development: SCMHRD conducts assessments and skills training for its employees to empower them to significantly improve their performance. The trainers specialize in MBTI personality workshops, conflict resolution training and team building activities. The SCMHRD e-learning modules help managers develop the core competencies of effective leaders.


Educational Development: SCMHRD provides resources and training to teachers, parents and students. Psychometric tests are conducted for students to identify learning problems as well as to aid in career guidance.


Individual Development: The counselling centre provides individual and group therapy to cope with psychological blocks.
