On 24th May 2017, we were completely ready in the morning and Narinder Singh(traveller driver from Ekam tours and travels, assigned to us by Swosti Travels) took us for Rohtang Pass. He asked us to get into a gypsy because Traveller van cannot go on the road, this was his words. We were a group of 11 got into a Gypsy for Rohtang Pass. He told its just 30 mins drive from here. Till now we had no idea that he was cheating and we were being taken to Hallan Valley. The path to Hallan Valley was not a legal road, its a path made my localites there. It was extremely rocky, dangerous curves, slippery, extremely narrow, no barricade on one side. After a while we saw a board for Hallan Valley, that's when we got to know we were being taken to Hallan Valley. After around 45mins of scary ride and our gypsy sliding back and not able to go up twice. We had to get down from gypsy and asked him that we want to go back. Frankly speaking, I felt as if we all were getting kidnapped. We had 2 senior citizens, 3 kids and 6 adults. We were breathless, senior citizens panicked so much and were just praying to be safe home. It was the most scary ride we had, life threatening.
When we questioned him how dare he sent us to Hallan Valley without informing us. He said "how does it matter you want to see snow" The driver Narinder Singh was RUDE, CHEATER, LIAR, FRAUD .
How do we trust Swosti Travels when he hands us to any travels without a proper background check.
All of us are well educated, entrepreneurs, such a big group. Still Narinder Singh had the guts to cheat us.
