Long list of shortcomings is what elite max is packed with. Firstly the design department gets big for design point of view ols rectangular look no sleek looks no metal body.This feature I ignored when I purchased 6 months ago. Secondly the phone comes with 3000 mah battery with poor backup stand battery draines so fast .
The phone has major heating issues within 15 minutes of usage it gets heatup more to come phone hangs alot .With this company provides poor company repair support system.Everytime they say parts not avalible software issues etc .i think the hardware and software the the company uses is cheapest first I had touch display issues then after two months charger stopped working. A worthless smart phone is not worth of 5000 bucks but company gaves it in 7000. Network reception is very poor . Built in quality is worst .what you can realise in this phone company gave everything but unreliable. Do not buy this .
