Swimming is my favorite sport. Swimming is something that keeps you fit and exercises all your muscles. Swimming has many advantages and if you have access to a swimming pool then the best that you can do is get yourself swimming costume and swimming cap and swimming glasses. Swimming is good activity to freshen up yourself.
Going swimming early morning make you feel lively. I go early morning swimming and that's a good habit that I've developed. There are different strokes in swimming and every stroke has it's own workout area which flexes the respective muscles. If you manage to learn all the strokes than one hour of workout would definately workout your entire body.
Swimming unlike Gym is very addictive and one you may stop hitting the gym but once a swimmer always a swimmer. Swimming is one sport which does not have a age bar and people of all age can participate. Swimming reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, back problem etc.
If you haven't learnt swimming start it right away because there is no age limit to learn swimming
