Khana khana hai tho sweekar se bana hi khana.. I am telling u the truth.. Oil is not good for health but, Sweekar is okay.. For deep fries take little oil in a non-stick kadai and fry it.. the taste is good and u'll really feel light..
My mom used to use sweekar oil when I was small.. she is still using it.. and hence, now even I am using it...
U make any type of dish it will really taste good..
It is reasonably priced...
U can get it in any provisionary store..
