Nowadays we know that many people die due to heart attack because of increase in cholesterol level and due to consumption of groundnut oil. We should say no to groundnut oiland consume sweekar sunflower oil . In my home my thr food is prepared using sweekar oil only as it is good for health and doesn't increase the cholesterol level much . If man has to lead a long life so he has to take care of his health . As someone said HEALTH IS WEALTH
I would recommend you that once should consume sunflower oil ss it is best in quality and affordable for common man.
