I had an excellent experience of moving my car from Chennai to Delhi. I read few reviews on MS and decided to shortlist Agarawal packers and SWASTIK Packers Movers Pvt Ltd. I had heard mostly positive feedback about SWASTIK, but when I called them, I found them to be a tad arrogant. Sample this-they inisited on 5 litres of petrol, doesn’t matter where the pickup and drop points may be (Swastik said 5. litres is fine, in case more petrol is needed, we would hand over the bill to you-now that’s fair).
I then tried calling Swastik packers Mr Dhaka - 0938022xxxx. Although the quote was similar to Swastik but one good thing I found about them was that they were ready to provide customer references. I called couple of them (those were major IT company employees), and both had very good things to say about SWASTIK. I decided to proceed ahead with SWASTIK then.
There was a delay of couple of days due to some agitation in Rajasthan on the way, but I was given proper updates on what the current status was and my calls were always responded. Coincidentally the morning I was supposed to receive the car, I had to travel out of town. Swastik agreed to keep the car in their warehouse till I returned (couple of days), without any extra charges. I had given them the time of 1100 hrs and I received the car on dot!
The car reached me in mint condition. I was very happy with their professional service and I recommend their services.
