I have purchased the Honda Activa in September 2009. initially I used to visit Dhingra Honda for the regular service of my activa. though I had bad experience at the time of purchase from Dhingra but I got very good service from Dhingra Honda. and I was getting 50+ mileage from my activa on Delhi Roads after two free services I shifted to east Delhi. There I visited Prakash Honda Sector 10 Noida for service of my activa and I felt that I made mistake because ever since I started visiting Prakash Honda my activa started giving problems my mileage gone to 35 kmpl. it started giving lots of vibrations and it driving became so heavy that you cannot drive even 5 kms.
By the time I when for 1st paid service it started stopping anywhere on the road. even self start stopped working. I started complaining to the Prakash Honda but nobody is willing to listen to me. they were very rude while dealing with customers. I talked to almost each and every staff member like Pramod, Ram babu, Manish, kajal, Tiwari ji, but they never rectified the problems. In fact in July Activa failed the pollution test just after the service in July 2011 and there service incharge Mr. Tiwari made baseless statement that I need to get the Pollution test at least after 1 week so that engine settle down.
during last 18 months I met many customers at Prakash Honda and all of them facing the similar issued in their Activa/Dio/Aviator and other scooters. so guys please beware while visiting Prakash Honda.
