Story: Venugopala Swami @ Swami (Harikrishna) is a rice miller in a village. His wife is Kanakamahalakshmi (Meena), who sacrifices her motherhood (gets her uterus removed) just to take care of Swami?s twin-sisters Seetha and Geetha (played by new face Uma). They girls stand first in EAMCET and join MBBS in Gandhi medical College, Hyderabad. A house surgeon Anand (Rajiv Kanakala) pretends love with Geetha and enjoys her physically by drugging her. He does the same thing to Seetha and feigns innocence that he mistook her for Geetha. His sinister game exposed, Anand fatally attacks the girls, who are later burnt alive in a secluded place.

Swami couple are shocked at the incident. They are denied justice in the court of law; are forced to see for themselves the culprits escaping by producing false evidences in their support. The couple decides to retaliate. The rest is revenge killing of Anand, his businessperson father (Jayaprakash Reddy), his would-be-father-in-law a Bar owner (Mohan Raj), car driver (Chalapati Rao). Two others are spared ? a government doctor and a lawyer. These two produce false evidences to protect Swami Couple from the jaws of law.

Performance: Harikrishna in role as angry brother (whose twin sisters are murdered) is at his best. Unlike his previous movies, you can see him acting with superb ease. He looks dynamic in fight sequences, and has even danced well. His dialogues at the climax are good, but by the time, half of the audience would be out of the theatre.

Instead of calling him a hero, better we call him the central character. Rajeevi Kanakala as a lustful medico did a great job. His histrionics are excellent. The audience who, hitherto, know him as a side-villain (in college scenes) will be taken aback at his talent (of course as a villain). Almost the entire first half is dedicated to his footage. He is also cast in a full-fledged song sequence, but the audience would not be able to receive it, though he did it well.

Meena as Swami?s wife is impressive in her role. She looks natural in emotive scenes when she assists her husband in killing the villains. (Her role is similar to that of Talluri Rameswari in Nijam.

Screen villains ? Jayaprakash Reddy, Mohan Raj ? suited apt to the story and their acting too is good. Coming to Chalapati Rao, his acting looks a little bit fresh. Ever since Adi (Jr NTR starrer), he is popular among the audience as a good character artiste, but here he plays a greedy car driver, who douses Swami?s sisters with petrol and assists their murder. Amani in the role of a medical college principal is neat in her performance.

Asha Shaini appears in a item song with Harikrishna. Her shape is badly ruined with much flesh built up on waist and hips. She looks vulgar, but entertains the mass audience in a befitting manner. Technical Details Story by Posani Krishna Murali is full of reality, but only up a certain level. The revenge killings take it far away from reality ? right on the lines of a cinema.

In the wake of the fresh ?Sri Lakshmi- Manohar? incident at a Vijayawada college recently, the present story has more strength on contemporary perception. His dialogues too are natural and good. Screenplay and Direction by VR Pratap is good. The climax is somehow dragged. The audience can well expect the story and the climax too. The closing scene is full of dialogues by Harikrishna, which the audience feel to be very heavy. Two songs are good. Harikrishna-Asha Shaini song is a masala treat to the front benchers.

The last song casts Harikrishna in the garb of a Kathak performer, which is good to watch at. Comedy is not strong in this flick. The comedy involving Brahmanandam as a post master, Venu Madhav ( a beggar pestering Brahmanadam) is not sufficient for the audience.

The thread is weak and has nothing to do with the main story. Music by Keeravani is average. Cinematography is okay. Verdict: The movie opened to a average talk.
