suzuki valve clearance (should be done in cold engine )
Inlet : 0.05mm (50 microns)
Exhaust : 0.08mm(80 microns)
carburattor : Mikuni VM18 ( visit mikuni official web site for correct procedure of carburattor setting !)
I have a suzuki zeus its good , smooth engnie , but I am not satisfied with suzki service in critical areas like valve clearance . Suzuki corporate office personnel are very helpful
contact the corporate office for any assistance. I am getting milage around 70 kms /litre
hanfling balance are excellent . head light loght coverage on road is some what satisfactory
my bike has crossed sofar 8000 kms the engine is very good . it can do 75 km very easily and crui se
