I join on 16may 2016 and still working.
Its one best company in bpo's I ever seen.people have concerns about many things like interview which held second party not sutherland itself but as I went for interview the each and every person present over there was soft kidding jolly nature and supportive it matters how you show urself in infront of them all though it was 5/5 from me and my whole batch.
As I was selected the day it came of company policy it was super cool like medical policy 2 lack , health policy of 5lack, even if have any urgent need of money there are funds provided by them which need to return in emi of month without any intrest, and many more things which make feel that your on right place to work. Policy 5/5
After that it was time of interview and intro to all people who working with sutherland seniors.
The trianers .the hrs.the trainer director each and every person on high level were just ausum kidding jolly nature I never laugh ever before and enjoyed in any company so that to was 5/5 for that all great peoples.
Training was too ausum no boring time and if well attend the training you be have never again a stage fear which was reality ausum that we were asked to explian the ppts and after 1st chance the 2nd chance was to ausum to go with ppts in front of peoples. 5/5 for trainers and training.
The cafeteria was just below average 1/5 and taste was below average but after lots of complaints by our batch they were removed as there monthyly feedback for each and everyone.so its 4/5 for new vendor of cafitera.
The time was to get on floor now as we were trained in all three process call chat and backoffice it was hard at tym of nesting but as we passon 2 three 3 days we were on the spot of count of chats and call equal to seniors so thanx to all that seniors who help us at start and they never say no for anything we asked for so for floor teams support and nature it was 5/5
After nesting we were on floor and just cant imagine the TL and supports were too good I earned good incentives at my 1st month which I never imagine of.
So overall it 9/10
Theres no good management for transport facilities 2/5
If have good working talents and good attitude its best place to work ever as I m still working.as uh have any concerns just reached out hr admin its gets done just next day.even people who drunk on shift were spot terminated.its also safe
Company for gals to work with.
