I was working with Sutherland for 2.5 years and I must really say, its the best place to work. Yes you must perform good, if not actions will be against you and this is common. But you have great opportunities to grow and advance in your career and Sutherland offers great deal if you are a consistent contributor of outstanding performances.
Its the best place to work, as per my experience with Sutherland.
Only drawback I found is, there are very less career oriented courses offered. Courses like Six sigma, lean, TQM, Business process re-engineering must be offered by company to increase reputation.
