I joined this Company in the month of June 27th, I had took a planned leave which was discussed and agreed at the time of an interview by Training Head David Alluri. However I reported the next day I was advised by my trainer Alen Eapen to meet the Training Manager and Training Head that is Varun Chadda and Praveen Tiwari respectively. The conversation went into a different tangent der was no discussion on my leave it was completely on my profile and previous Experience. Which I discussed with both the managers and in the end Praveen Tiwari introduce himself as Program Hr and he says write everything on paper and say admit that you have done forgery by not showing all the experiencrs you have. I was terminated.
The company pays salary like peanuts, ball talks about integrity and all. In the end I am out of the company which is on personal grounds and threatening on Corporate laws and Labour laws.
My advise donot join this company for any reason. Because management suvks washroom sucks they are always untidy no professional behaviour of Trainers are partial no fair practises in the company. Majority of the managers and Sr. Managers are bleddy doppers. Talk under the influence of Weed.
No proper escalation Matrix with this Company it's resolved within the base level. No open door policy is allowed to execute. Really felt like cheated.
