Totally bad company.never join this company at any cost.you will regret it later on.Dont get lured in by the money.they make you work day and night like dogs.
Management only wants to get the work done at any cost. They do not care about employee satisfaction even to a minimum.This is just a company for freshers who are ready to slog and make a quick buck.
Warning for companies who become clients for sutherland. Never trust the company, they fail to deliver because of their low employee satisfaction and mismanagement.
