On Friday, I took leave from my office and went to market to buy a LED.
I reached to "Surindra Radios Pvt. Ltd." Chandigarh and did bargaining on my final product i.e. 40H6400. Price we finalized was Rs. 67000 + 1500 for 2 extra Glasses for 3 D, + 2% processing fee of Bajaj Finance. When I asked if product is available, Amar and Ashish (Their sales executive) said, yes product is available.
I completed my formalities of Bajaj finance and asked for the product. They said it would take some time as they need to pick up it from their store which is little bit far from their showroom and they asked to pick up the LED next day after 12.00 PM. I agreed because I had some work in that area next day.
Next day around 2.00 PM, when I called them up first a girl on phone said that product is out of stock. Then I called again Aashish, he said product is available and he is waiting for me.
I reached to their showroom, then everybody was trying to ignore me. When I asked for my product then they told me that product will come in evening around 6-7 PM and they said they will call me. I did not get their call yet and I cancelled my order. Very unprofessional and not really able to fulfill their commitments.
