I have Maruti Wagon R VXi 2012 model car with me. I have given my car to Surakshaa Car Care in Bommanahalli for servicing. They did the worst service ever. I have given my car to them at least 5 times, and everytime their Service degraded. My latest experience with them is follows:
I gave them my car for Servicing. I opted for Pick up and Drop service. Few of the points which I highlighted were Washing of the car needs to be done properly, Mileage of the car is going down day by day. When I received the car back, washing was not done properly. I can see few dust inside my car. Also, there were few things in my car which they broke. Whenever I give left signal in my car, it does not blink at all. The rubber on each door was broken. These were few of the issues which I highlighted after the servicing. Also, they mentioned that they did 40 points check on my car and charged me close to Rs. 1000 for that. When I asked them the result of those 40 point check, they did not have it. I asked them what are those 40 points on which they checked my car. Again no response. They just said we have and we did the checks like checking the petrol, checking the air in Tyre etc. Checking the petrol and air in tyre, in 40 points check? Seriously? Fuel check I do it on daily basis whenever I start my car. Air check is done free of cost in petrol bunks in Bangalore. And they charged me for that. Awesome. When I insisted them on giving me the results of all the points of 40 point check, they threatened me that they will call police and will not return my car. I asked them to do Pollution check, which they charged in my bill but when I asked them the report of that check, they said they forgot to do it and immediately in front of me they did pollution check. But they did not forget to charge me in the bill!
This is the last time I am giving my car for servicing in Surakshaa Car care centre. I am not going there any time soon. They will be last Service centre when I will go if required. Pathetic Service Centre.
