They have fairly typical North Indian/ Indo-Chinese offering. Don't get excited about the Continental spread on the menu, because they never actually have those items available.
Not too pricey, prompt service, average or slightly above average food depending on what you order. The waiters diligently pass on your feedback about not wanting something too oily/spicy etc.
Surabhi Grand is where you'd take your parents on a regular weekend.(I hear the egg noodles are great, but my particular favourite is the palak paneer.)
The dining hall can easily accommodate 100+ guests at a time and also they have separate partitioned sections along the length of dining hall located to one side.
In each partition they have a big table with the seating capacity of 20 members. they have 3-4 such partitions. So if you have a small gathering or if you like to organize any birthday party with A-la-carte menu without investing for banquet hall this is a very good idea to go with.

Sometimes I found themselves to be in a state of subconscious state. They don't bother to attend the customers.
