Today I will tell you about these scammers!
How I came to know: Supr.com was sponsored by Swiggy and the ad mail appeared to me via Swiggy medium. Where a very clear and attractive marketing strategy was placed which said that the milk delivery will be free for 7 days if you subscribe for a 30 days package.
I enrolled for the Services: As Ramadan was about to come I subscribed for this service as it would make the task of buying milk which is used a little more in this month by my family, and my mom will be at ease.
A month plan from 7th May to 5th June 2019.
Rs. 2856 prepaid by me!
FYI I have subscribed on the 21st April 2019 to avail the offer.
Day 1 of expecting the delivery: There was no delivery but the calendar displayed that milk has been delivered!
I tried contacting the customer service executive, the call was responded by an IVR saying that no customer executive is present, but still told me that I was in a Queue with some 20th number associated to my waiting.
I tried calling them again and again finally the call was connected after 2 hours and the executive told me that he is going extend the delivery by one day and make sure that the delivery will be smooth from the next day!
Further, he told me to use the feature of WhatsApp for texting them when I asked him about the 2 hours wait to connect to them.
Day 2 of expecting the delivery: I again was waiting for the delivery but it didn't process this time I used the WhatsApp feature and texted about my query.
I straight away asked for the refund!
To which they told me that sorry for the inconvenience they have assigned a delivery boy which will be arriving soon.
Being patient for around more 1.5 hours and continuously communicating to track the delivery boy he finally reached home!
Day 3 of expecting the delivery: Which is today I'm still waiting for the delivery and today they have again shown how irresponsible they are and there is no response for the delivery!
I would never recommend this service to anyone!
Never Opt for Supr.com services as they are pure looters who once after taking the money from your end won't respond back!
