I had ordered for milk & curd and paid for them. They were supposed to be delivered by 7am. No deliveries were made at all. When I complained about non delivery, they updated the status as delivered(around 11.22am), but without delivering any item either to me or to the security(due to Covid restrictions). The security also confirmed that no delivery person came from Supr Daily. I raised 2 complaints, both complaints were closed by them as "resolved" without any delivery or refund.
This amouts to cheating. Either the company is cheating or their delivery executives are cheating.
