Today I am sharing my bad experience on this hotel named "SUPER SAVER FIVE STAR HOTEL " . this is situated in pune. recently I stay there for 2 nights and my experience was very bad . I booked a room in this hotel in advance and pay 12000.but when I reach pune they did not send cab for me . then I reach this hotel myself and now they wait me 1 hours on the name of room service . really very bad service . when I went in my room I find that bed sheet was dirty and the room ac is not working, I complain the staff but they did not listen . on next morning when they serve me tea but that was very cold. I am not satisfied with their service and staff attitude . so I suggest you that this hotel service is not good .
