Very very bad service. Review on Super India Packers and Movers

I had a very bad time dealing with the Super India Packers and Movers people. I had initially only planned to use them for packing as First Flight was giving me a good deal for moving. But after packing they claimed that their was a misunderstanding and that they had thought I'll be moving my stuff through them for which they had kept a truck overnight.

I felt bad for the loss I might be causing and gave them the luggage to be moved from Delhi to Mumbai. Been a mess ever since. The luggage was supposed to reach in 4 days. It's been 10 days though with no sign of the luggage. In between I was told that they now have no trucks and I should shift back to First Flight (I had already moved to Mumbai by then and paid them the money). I was told that the money they are taking is all inclusive of insurance, octroi, service tax and I clarified this at least 10 times.

However, now i'm being asked to pay Octroi tax and being told that the guy who came to my house for making the bill doesn't know how to work and I can't take his word. I've been calling them every day and it just keeps getting delayed day after day with me having absolutely no idea whats going on.

Important Tip: If you ever do use them, which I recommend you shouldn't, do not give more than 25-50% of the money as advance.

Update:

They asked me for more money than what they billed me for and told me that "they can ask for anything now and I can't do anything since my luggage is with them".. A threat, literally.

I was very angry but also realised the truth of his statement. I really can't do anything at all but write here and wait for my luggage..

Today is the 12th day. horrid horrid horrid...
