Sunrise coffee tends to be a little less expensive than most other coffees in my local grocery store. Maybe, there is a reason for that...
When I was growing up, my Grandmother typically bought Sunrise Coffee. As a young child, I would spend the night there and always look forward to her giving me a cup of Sunrise Coffee and a PopTart in the morning. I remember savoring my cup of coffee and feeling so mature, being treated like an adult.
Unfortunately, as an adult, I find Sunrise to be one of the most bitter coffees I have ever tasted! Sunrise contains Chickory which to my palette is extremely bitter.
So, while the cost is a little lower, I think I would rather spend a little more and have a higher quality, smoother blend of coffee. Check my review of Tasters Choice for a quality instant blend.
