Stainless steel and glass needs only regular wiping with a soft & damp cloth/tissue and it does not require any other external maintenance. The baffle filters work perfectly and excess of oil is automatically collected into oil collector.The auto- clean system is heat based where one only requires to fill the chimney with a jug(comes with this product) full of water and select the auto-clean option from the screen.Cleaning twice with water at a time is effective.The filters will work in their own way and all the waste is transferred to collector along with used water.User only requires to empty and wash the oil collector which is easily done with hot water.So just 20 minutes and chimney is all clear!
1 year warranty is provided.Service and support may/may not be good'cause one hardly requires any! this product alone is amazing .it does not require any after service.so no botheration to service and support centers until you buy one, till that time everyone knows, they have to be good!
