I did try sunfeast farmlite biscuit oats and Almonds and got a first hand experience of the goodness of oats and almond.
With Oats and almonds being projected as super foods especially in the control of cholestorol or broadly speaking the lipid profile. These two components are easily digestible and if it comes as a biscuit, one couldn't ask for more. Almond and oats is a deadly combination with the goodness of health. Quite fairly priced, one couldn't ask for more.
