Peanut butter is the healthiest snack you can have. It contains good amount of fats . Which is healthy for the body specialy for gym guy.
I personally use peanut butter from more then a year and it's amazing and taste is awesome specialy Sundrop peanut butter. Evry gym guy should add this thing in your daily life you can have it with bread or a slice of Apple in brunch. Well I would recommend 2 spoons a day not more then that.
And one more most important thing is it's good for heart as well.
