This hospital is located in Ashok Vihar phase 3.This place can be much better if management can see that opd counter opens at right time(2) some one can see that que / numbers can be maintained while attending opd patients.
NY and my families experience was terrible just due to this factor that non medical staff is not the least responsible.They let patients to go as per their will / capacity to push each other and left them on the mercy of rest of the crowd. It seems, they are taking revenge from common man against government's rule to attend slum dwellers( mostly from up and Bihar).
They want all of us to be part of pushing business, or pay for private opd, perhaps later is bigger reason.In summers you are forced to either wait in hot sun or your number will be missed. If you are around then for opd treatment I would recommend Government dispensaries, though you will find those too crowded by folks from up andBihar but wait won't be that bad as number system is maintained.Here I am quoting only facilities available to waiting patients as infrastructure.
