Every time I give my City for service, I am told to pay more than 16k and what I realised is they do not do what they say but keep charging the customers. Staff behave like they are offering help.. lost all trust with the Sundaram Honda Chennai . I don’t trust them anymore. In the last service, they cleaned AC after which the AC switches were not working. They they threaten you about breaks and clutch failing but that’s only to charge extra and they do nothing. Can anyone advise any better service provider for Honda City in Chennai?
