Hi friends, I never been so excited or even imagined about konark sun temple untill I see it .Its one among the best and
finest sculptured temple in India and its called Black pakoda.
The architecture and the sculptor of the temple is simply mindblowing. The chariot type and its twelve wheels make this temple so unique that it is one among the world heritage site by United Nation.
The accessibility to konark is very easy, you can drive by road from bhubaneswar or puri and reach within a 2-3 hr.
One can opt lodging and boarding near the temple, since there are many budget hotels and lodges available .
The sightseeing is very comfortable and the guides will help you to understand his history too.
Safety wise, personally I feel very comfortable.
