Sun Tv was started in early 90's during that period they telecasted more entrainment programs such as Neengal ketta padal, Illamai puthumai, Pepsi Ungal Choice, Pattuku Pattu, Jodi porutham, Super10, Sapthssorangal etc but now a days they concentrating only on Mega serials that too 18 serials per day
