Never never never buy HD TV connection from SunDirect.
I never imagined that a service provider could be so frustrating and insensitive to a customer.
I purchased a 46' LCD TV of Samsung and with that I also got SunDirect HD TV connection on discounted offer. I wish I had known about the service provider a little bit.
I realized just after a day when I had to chase them like mad to install the equipment so that I can view TV. They did install after a week's time that also after countless phone calls.
There sales staff is the rudest one I have ever encountered in life time so far.
Their front office attendant talks as if she has been made to sit to attend the calls forcibly.
There has always been issues off and on. The recent one was one of it's type.
My connection used to get blanked out in the middle of viewing a program. It would appear after 30 min or so on it's own.
I registered a phone call. Someone comes, finds problem w/ the Set-Top-Box and takes it to repair. I was promised a repaired box in two days. It has already been almost two weeks. I am still waiting for the box. You call them up and experience nothing but their rudeness. Even people who are supposed to an escalation point give customer a deaf year. They are so callous and frustrating.
They make excuses, also mention that SunDirect has only one Service center in NCR. You can imagine the service level when there is just one centre in NCR.
I would advise that go for any service provider for your HD TV connection but not SunDirect.
They are too too too too bad. Not feeling like writing more on them since I find this as a time wasted.
