The most painful branch of sun network is the SUN DIRECT DTH scheme they provide a very poor costumer service and the channel quality is poor and the signal is too weak so you wont receive the channels properly. During rainy season you will receive only a small box showing NO SIGNAL. The technicians are less known about the installations.
I'm also a poor costumer of Sun Direct dth we are facing a big problem in our transmission a few month ago the changed their transmission to a new satellite and they informed us to register a complaint in office for the redirecting process and I had registered on 22nd November and till date no action has been taken over this issue and im keep on informing them to realign my dish and I almost lost more than Rs.250 for asking my complaint condition from their service center.
