I am also one of the guys, who got SUN HD DTH with my TV. Now today I realize that its better not to get such freebies which become headache for you.
Since after installation year I hardly get to see HD channels as most the time there is some technical problem for which technician has to visit and realign the disk, now this job itself require end-less chasing and talking to dumb / rude call center employees.
Once my free time got over, though I was reluctant to recharge my account but on their assurance, I made the mistake again.since After recharging I am calling call center that my HD channels are not working but they are now more rude and non-cooeperative.
Now today limit of non-cooperation has crossed when call center guy doesnt accept that I have lodged the complaint also, then I had to tell him my complaint no so that he can act.
After getting my complaint no they said, "sir we will resolve it in few days".I am sceptical that again this few days will be in weeks and months and by that tme I would loose my all money.
So my advise to you all readers that dont take their box at home, even if some one gives it free. Bcoz then you have to chase like mad and get tremendous frustration.
would update when SUN service guys will visit and repair.
