I subscribed Sun direct 3 months back and I am satisfied with its performance. The picture quality is good and the add on package is also good.
I will recommend this product to those who views regional channels frequently because considering the number of channels offered by Bigtv it is less in variety, but should see the price attached.
The monthly rental of 75 is very attractive and we can add on pay channels and their combination of pay channels is also good(good research done). It is better to go through the channels offered by the service provider before making a purchase decision...
For me Sun direct has got most of the malayalam channels. Till date no problem with reception and service. But they don't have movie on demand facility till now as stated in their web site.
It is the only problem I face, think it lack value added services which bigtv and airtel may offer...
