DTH from Sun direct is good value for money. The Picture and sound Quality is very good. I got the installation done on the same day I called up.
They took 36 hours to activate the connection. .After sales service was very prompt. Initially I faced problem with the set top box software. I put the complaint in the e-mail id mentioned in their site. Within 12 hours their executive from service center called up and fixed the problem immediately.
We are quite satisfied with the service since the offer is better than what experienced from cable connection. The basic bouquet offered by them is very competitive. We opted for for south basic bouquet which contain almost all the available channels of Tamil, Malayalam, Telegu and Kannada. Additionally all the channels under NDTV are also available. Cost is very less when compared to other service providers. It comes to 100 rupees per month. They offer almost all the channels available in India under various schemes.
