Hi All,
I had taken the sun direct dth connection some 4 months back as they have some economically plans. But I failed to see u will have to pay for every fault of theirs.
It all started with a recharge to Mega pack. I had taken that plan initially but for no reason what so ever they had changed this package to some other unknown package. When I called the customer care they modified to Mega package. Then when I check if I am able to see all the channels I paid for. walla I see all the gimmicks this junk people start.
Firstly I see some channels but the package I want to see shows "No signal" and their service engineer tells that there is some alignment issue, my question to this junk guys then why I am able to see other channels which I had already.
This people are going to charge for their mistake.
My advice to all guys. Buy Tatasky which is far better than this product.
