Sun Direct DTH worst service provider.Customer Care Executive them-self are confused they don't know anything, they make waiting for long time, don't try to understand the problem of customers, if balance is low then they will tell first to recharge and then only they will help.
Coming to the Network it has very weak coverage, always signal problem, complaint twice about network problem, their technician will come adjust the dish antenna, then it will work for few days then again same problem arises.Their set top box is very slow, one have to wait for 3-4 minutes before we can switch to channel.Using TataSky also, TataSky is far better than Sun Direct, planning to disconnect sun direct any will buy another tatasky connection.
