Worst service, greedy for money. Review on Sun Direct

I dont know whether any of you have seen this problem earlier. Login to sundirect site and try to add "addon" channel. While adding you can select the cycle "1 cycle", which means the validity should be one month and it should expire after 1 month. But once you click on "purchase" the channel will be added for "unlimited cycles". So if you forget to deactivate it then it will deduct money and automatically extend to next months. You will loose money if you deactivate it before. I have raised this complaint several times with their customer care but still not response. I believe its a business tactics to loot money from the customers.

Most of the time mails sent to their nodal officer is getting bounced. Even if we are able to send it but still nodal officer wont respond at all. He is not reachable in the number given in their site.

• they have introduced lot of new channels. For eg. Malayalam channel "surya action". For the past couple of months they are running this channel with only 5 movies
